Funding entity Iberdrola
The project embraces a wide range of studies directed toward design bidding strategies in the Spanish day-ahead competitive electricity spot market, suited to the specific requirements of Iberdrola. Among other objectives the goal is to extract information from a detailed analysis of the market behaviour, to explore new simulation methodologies adapted to the deregulated context and to develop short, medium and long term bidding strategies.
